My Hotel @ Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, close to the famous Jalan Alor street, and had plenty of grocery shops nearby. The room I initially booked, facing the main road, was noisy for a light sleeper like myself, and there was an outstanding bill issue through Agoda which was resolved with booking ID 278609953. However, the service was a bit lacking as some staff members seemed unfriendly, although one person was helpful when manually opening the room key. The dining experience was more than okay, with free breakfast options but some issues reported. Overall, the hotel provides decent value for money with a few areas that could be improved.

The hotel is strategically located within walking distance to Alor Street and surrounded by convenient grocery shops. The rooms have recently been renovated, but a gap in our room allowed bugs to come in. The service was lacking social interaction, and there were issues with behavior and honesty. Despite these drawbacks, the location is excellent for accessing local food markets and the metro station.
